Gli U2 aiutano il progetto (Red)Wire per soccorrere le popolazioni africane decimate dall'AIDS. La band irlandese ha quindi regalato una canzone che, nel 1974, cantò Greg Lake: "I believe in Father Christmas". Al tempo Lake scrisse questo brano per protestare contro l'aspetto commerciale e consumistico che il Natale ha assunto, quindi non è una canzone "positiva" ma una sorta di atto di accusa. Forse proprio per questo gli U2 hanno deciso di associarla ai progetti di (Red)Wire. Il video di "I believe in Father Christmas" è di seguito, assieme alle parole del testo.
