I Tokio Hotel sono quattro ragazzi tedeschi, nati tutti tra il 1987 e il 1989: Bill Kaulitz (voce), Tom Kaulitz (chitarra), Georg Listing (basso) e Gustav Schafer (batteria). "Scream" è il terzo album della loro carriera, il primo in lingua inglese.
