Per il video che l'Adidas ha creato in occasioni delle Olimpiadi di Londra 2012, la canzone scelta è "Masquerade" di Nicki Minaj. Il brano incalzante e dal ritmo travolgente si pone già come un altro grande successo della cantante. La stessa rapper statunitense ha dichiarato che, quando ha composto la canzone pensando alle Olimpiadi: "ha cercato di riassumere la sensazione che un campione prova durante le gare, quando si sente ispirato a vincere senza mai abbandonare la presa, anche per non deludere chi lo sostiene e crede il lui". La star ha cercato di riassumere il discorso interiore che un numero uno dello sport si fa sul punto di continuare o di mollare tutto. Masquerade fa parte dell'ultimo album di Nicki Minaj "Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded", da cui è stato estratto "Starships", il più grande successo dell'artista.
