Dopo due anni di silenzio, i Bon Jovi presentano al mondo il loro nuovo lavoro "The Circle", undicesimo album in studio della loro carriera, la cui uscita è prevista per il 10 novembre 2009. Il singolo che la celebre band ha scelto per presentare il disco si intitola "We weren't born to follow". La musica dei Bon Jovi è e rimane più o meno lo stessa. Lo stile di "We weren't born to follow", infatti, rispecchia pienamente quello delle canzoni più classiche e famose del gruppo statunitense. Per i fans, quindi, non si tratta di una vera e propria sorpresa, probabilmente solo l'ennesima conferma. Il video ufficiale è stato girato sul tetto di un grattacielo: buona visione!
